Army Veterans

Captain Noel Chavasse VC

Inspired by the values of Captain Noel Chavasse VC and supported by the principles of the Armed Forces Covenant, Mr Jason Eyre is proud to offer dedicated orthopaedic care for army veterans. His work reflects a commitment to honouring service and restoring mobility — particularly for those who’ve served their country with courage.

Quicker treatment for Veterans

As part of the NHS’s commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant, veterans can receive priority access to treatment for conditions related to their military service. This means that if an orthopaedic problem is linked to your time in the armed forces, you may be seen and treated more quickly through NHS pathways.

What that means;

  • Priority for service-related injuries
    Veterans do not jump the queue, but if a condition is related to military service, they may receive faster appointments and treatment.
  • Veteran Aware clinics
    Mr Jason Eyre works within a system that recognises and supports veterans. Hospitals and services designated as “Veteran Aware” are trained to understand the unique needs of former service personnel.

Our team is happy to help identify whether your condition may qualify for priority treatment and to guide you through referral routes, whether NHS or self-pay.
